The 36th edition of the international nanbudo course was the occasion for the opening of the sporting season for the federation.

The Cameroonian Nanbudo Federation organised the 36th edition of the International Nanbudo Course under the direction of Professor and Master Justine Diffo. The venue was the Seme beach. Stéphane Carel, Dai-Shihan 9th Dan and Technical Director of the International Nanbudo Federation, accompanied by Isabelle AMIEL, Hihan 8th Dan, were the guests of honour.

It is no coincidence that Justine Diffo and her team have chosen the paradise of water, teeming with the essential elements of Nanbudo, which are found in abundance in the town, to ensure the work of internal and external energy “Nanbu Shizen No Ki-Undo”, which are heaven to work the top of the skull, earth to work the feet and hands, but above all water to work the kidneys.
