Customs officials have seized bottles of reactor at the Idenau port coming from Nigeria.
Members of the Customs Commercial Brigade at Idenau have seized 135 bags containing 72 bottles. Coming from Nigeria, 9,720 bottles of soft drinks are of the brand “Reaktor“, the Customs Service said. The service adds: “The haul came from Nigeria in a home-made boat”.
“Despite the chaos on the quayside at the port of Idenau, which made it impossible to identify the owners of these packages, the vigilance of the customs officers made it possible to thwart a fraud that harmed the interests of the customs administration,” the customs service said.
“Customs surveillance will continue to be active at the borders and on the territory of the country”, the administration added.
