Book A Book

A new chapter has begun for Cameroon’s literary scene with the launch of “Book a Book”, an innovative project to promote reading and make books accessible to all.

The initiative, founded by Gaëlle Padjip, was unveiled at a successful ceremony attended by prominent figures from the worlds of sport and culture. Guests praised the project’s vision and its potential to change lives.

With the support of Samuel Eto’o, ‘Book a Book‘ aims to inspire a love of reading in millions of Cameroonians. The project has also received support from local authorities, including the Mayor of Bangangté, Eric Niat, who has offered a space for a library.

Book a Book will have a lasting impact on Cameroonian culture. By promoting reading and providing access to books, this initiative will empower young people to learn, grow and thrive.
