As part of its activities in the country, the company regularly collaborates with a range of local contractors, suppliers, and consultants who may provide support on specific operational, administrative, or regulatory matters for defined assignments and limited periods
of time.

In this context, in 2023, Mr. Awana Ateba Michel, through ENANGUE HOLDING SARL, provided consulting support to Yango Group in relation to certain administrative coordination matters. This collaboration was limited in scope and duration and was carried out in a consulting capacity, with the mandate concluding in 2024. Yango Group appreciates the collaboration and the support provided during that period.

As part of the company’s continued development in the region, Yango Group confirms that Ms. Elodie Filopon, Public Policy Manager for Francophone Africa at Yango Group,has ever since led public policy and government relations in the region, including in Cameroon. As a full-time member of Yango Group’s team, she brings extensive experience and a strong understanding of the regulatory and policy landscape across Francophone Africa.
