Women from the Promotion Centre of Women and the Family will meet in the university town of Dschang on 31 July for a conference around their autonomy.

Educating, sensitising, training and empowering African women while maintaining African values. That is the challenge facing the women of the Promotion Center of Women and the Family. They will be discussing the ways and means to achieve this on Monday, 31 July 2023, in Dschang, in the West Region. The theme of the meeting is Women’s civic participation to help transform African communities.

The aim is to enable every woman to acquire leadership skills. “The International African Women Congress is a unique opportunity to meet talented African women leaders who are making a significant impact in their communities,” said Adeline Tsopgni, President of the Cameroon Dedate Association, which is organising the event.
