In order to better structure and accelerate the country’s development, the Ministry in charge of SMEs is organising the 6th edition of the National Social Economy Days (NSED 2023) from 24 to 26 October at the Yaounde City Hall.
Under the patronage of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, the theme of National Social Economy Days 2023 is “Mobilising territorial networks and developing partnerships”. Organised by Ministry if Small and medium size entreprises bsince 2013, these days are an important opportunity for reflection and exchange of experiences, but above all a showcase for the expertise of Social economy units (SEUs). It is also an opportunity for SEUs to meet technical and financial partners willing to support them in financing their projects and marketing their goods and services.
The aim of the National Social Economy Days 2023 is to contribute to the structuring of complete and sustainable supply chains combining agricultural and livestock production, the professionalisation of actors, processing and marketing, and the supply chain, in order to accelerate the sustainable and inclusive development of territories.
This year’s event will focus on two main themes: scientific exchanges around the central theme and an exhibition. All this will ultimately serve to stimulate effective and dynamic synergies between social economy networks, local elected representatives, decentralised territorial authorities, civil society and development partners.
