France Embassy has donated a fast patrol boat to the Navy of Cameroon.

Cameroon and France are strengthening their security cooperation. This is the framework for the new impetus given by Ambassador Thierry Marchand. He has just handed over a new boat donated by the French Embassy to the Cameroonian Navy.

The equipment is designed for rapid intervention at sea. According to Thierry Marchand, this equipment is intended to support the country in its desire to guarantee the sovereignty of its maritime space. He made this clear when handing over the equipment on May 8 2024 at the Douala Naval Base. The ceremony was attended by the Governor of the Littoral Region, Samuel Dieudonné Ivaha Diboua accompanied by his staff.
