The central highlight of the event was the official presentation of the Fon’s new book, titled “The Fon of Nso and the Anglophone Crisis: A Testimony for Peace and Reconciliation.” In this compelling publication, the traditional ruler chronicles his firsthand experiences during the ongoing socio-political conflict.

The book serves as both a historical record and a passionate plea for resolving the crisis through constructive dialogue, mutual understanding, and collective healing.

Directly addressing the audience, His Royal Majesty urged all parties affected by and involved in the Anglophone Crisis to embrace forgiveness and set aside their differences. He emphasized that genuine community-led dialogue remains an absolute imperative for achieving long-term reconciliation and socio-economic development. The monarch’s passionate appeal resonated strongly with the audience, reinforcing the essential role traditional authorities play in peacebuilding.
