The national leader of the Social Democratic Front (SDF) had a meeting with Rey Bouba’s Lamido as part of his national tour, which began last weekend.
The national leader of the Social Democratic Front (SDF), Joshua Osih began his national tour in the Far North region of the country last Saturday. During this tour, ahead of elections scheduled for 2025, Joshua Osih is meeting Cameroonians without distinction. In the Far North region, he travelled through the towns of Maroua, Mora and Mada, meeting with young people and traditional authorities. The politician leader said he was “privileged to engage in meaningful conversations, to share ideas and to seek their wisdom and advice”.
After the Far North leg, the SDF National Chairman continued his tour of the North region. Joshua Osih organised a public meeting with young people in Garoua. The politician also had a meeting with the people of Lagdo in the Benoue division. In the same region, the President’s visit coincided with Ramadan. The deputy and quaestor of the National Assembly met the Lamido of Rey Bouba, His Majesty Aboubakary Abdoulaye.
The tour of the President of the Social Democratic Front is part of the preparations for the presidential elections in 2025 and the legislative and municipal elections scheduled for the same year. The announcement of the tour was the result of the last meeting of the National Executive Committee of the SDF in Yaoundé.
