The Gabonese Minister of Decentralization, Cohesion and Development of Territories, Michèl Menga M’ESSONE has arrived Yaoundé for a five -day benchmaking assignment. He was received at the Yaoundé international Airport yesterday May 10 by his Cameroonian counterpart, Georges Elanga Obam. Both men held an initial meeting at the airport to fine tune details ahead of the working sessions at the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development as well as the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance aka FEICOM. It should be recalled that the ongoing visit is the second of its kind in less than a year.
