The members of the Electoral Council of Elections Cameroon (ELECAM) met on Friday for the last ordinary session of the year 2024 to adopt a skills development plan for the staff of the body and to analyse the recommendations of the second edition of the permanent consultation platform between ELECAM and other stakeholders in the electoral process.
