Striving For All’s Thrive Center launched its free digital training program in March of this year to empower youths across Douala. The initiative successfully registered around 150 students from over 400 applicants across Lycée Joss and Lycée de New-Bell, showcasing a high level of interest and enthusiasm from the student community.

At Lycée Joss, a notable public high school in Douala, students demonstrated a strong eagerness to engage in the center’s digital and career skills offerings. The school’s administration, led by Principal M. Njoh Mbongue and Mrs. Véronique Nyemb, provided invaluable support for the program.

The campaign at Lycée de New-Bell was equally promising. This renowned public high school welcomed the Thrive Center program, aligning with the organization’s mission to empower youth by offering them free access to a diverse array of digital and career skills education. Principal Mrs. Epey Jackeline played a key role in facilitating this successful collaboration.

The program at the Thrive Center encompasses a wide range of courses, including English, Information Technology, Career Skills, and Environmental Stewardship, all offered at no cost to the students. These courses are designed to equip young learners with the knowledge and skills needed for a technology-driven future and to promote sustainable practices.
