With his club Dundee United FC having just been relegated to the second division, the midfielder has terminated his contract, which ran until 2024.

It was by mutual agreement between the directors of Dundee United FC (a Scottish club) and the Cameroonian Arnaud Djoum that the two parties signed a termination of the player’s contract.

Although the contract ran until 2024, the team’s descent into the second division was, according to the Scottish press, the element that motivated Arnaud Djoum to put an end to the adventure. 

The 34-year-old would not like to play at a lower level. In the midst of the Mercato, the Yaounde native and 2017 African champion is being tipped to bounce back in Asia.
