The road accident took place on Tuesday the 31st of October 2023 in the district of Nyalla at a place called Vallée.

Three people died today following a car crash. The tragedy occurred in the country’s economic capital, Douala. A Hyster handling machine lost its brakes. It hit a motorbike carrying the driver and two women in its mad rush.

The three occupants of the motorcycle were killed on the spot. According to witnesses and seeing the images, the machine also looted a shop set up on the roadside selling building materials, including marble and sanitary ware.

Law enforcement officials were alerted and rushed to the scene of the accident. They reportedly saved the driver of the said vehicle from the fury of the locals who would have pounced on it. He was pulled out of the crowd of youths who were about to clash with him.
