The World Taekibodo Federation has just congratulated the new African head of Taekibodo, the current president of the Cameroon Taekibodo Federation.

With the approval of Grand Master Mouhamed Zemzemi, founder of Taekibodo, Guillaume Eng‘s presidency of the African federation has been confirmed. He replaces the late Grand Master Mouhamadou Bachirou. He was the forerunner of Taekibodo and Taekwondo Police in Africa. The second president of this federation, Grand Maître Guillaume Eng, now has the heavy responsibility of directing the destiny of Taekibodo in Africa.

He holds a 3rd Dan black belt in Judo, a 5th Dan black belt in Police Taekwondo and a 1st Dan black belt in Sambo. Guillaume Eng intends to put his experience at the disposal of the federation for which he is responsible.

“I am the second president of the Confederation of African Taekibodo after the much-missed GM Mohamadou Salihou, who pioneered Taekibodo in Africa. Our aim is to help reduce the prevailing insecurity by introducing children to self-defence techniques from an early age and by making women the main protagonists in our cause to preserve human dignity. In terms of management, we are impartial and constantly strive for fairness. We have discarded the old-fashioned sentimentalism of placing people close to us in positions of responsibility, even when we know they are not the best. We have a passion for excellence and seek efficiency in every action and decision we take,” says the new chairman.

Guillaume Eng is an international instructor in judo and teakibodo, a continental instructor in taekwondo for the police and a continental referee in a number of martial arts.

A lawyer by training, an expert in personal development and the author of two books that have placed him in the pantheon of world personal development, he is determined to bring Taekibodo up to the level of other continental federations.
