The French diplomat, His Excellency Thierry Marchand paid a visit yesterday to Tchabbal Djalingo, a locality located in the Ngaoundere 3rd in the Vina division where he inaugurated a cattle market. He was accompanied by the national coordinator of the PNDP, Marie Madeleine Nga and the AFD director in Cameroon, Virginie Dago. The works carried out by the PNDP were financed by the European Development Fund and delegated to the French Development Agency for an amount of 103 million 272 065 F CFA.
