This decision is contained in a decree issued by the President of the National Assembly, Cavaye Yeguie Djibril, last January 5, 2024. This appointment comes one month and three weeks after André Noël Essian became Secretary General of the Lower House of the Parliament. He replaces Mrs Komba Winnie Ollo Djene.
